Significantly lower cost for sending a fax to Russia

We have just significantly lowered the cost for sending faxes to Russia (country code +7).

Instead of a zone 6 rate (€0,75 or for Pro Plan users €0,50) per page the new zone for Russia is zone 3 (€0,30 or for Pro Plan users €0,20) per page.

In addition we changed the following area codes:

Mayotte (+269) from zone 6 to zone 5
Montenegro (+382) from zone 3 to zone 7
Falkland Islands (+500) from zone 4 to zone 7

The above changes are in effect immediately. Rate changes happen because our telco providers lower/change rates for the PSTN termination.

In addition we fixed an issue with the German area code +4970 (cities like Böblingen, etc.) which was in zone 7 due to a conflict with other number ranges. Now the zone 7 is only applied to  +49700 which fixes the wrong pricing issue.
