We say that three free pages are there to test to a zone 1 destination. I hope you can understand we can not offer three free pages to any destination due to cost restraints.

You can buy the smallest amount of credit directly from within the PamFax application or Portal. Click on "Buy PamFax Credit" and then the on demand option. Move the slider to the most left. About the VAT we can not do much as this is legally imposed on us - we do communicate pricing to EU users inclusive of VAT.

ABout Skype - I've written about this over and over again in this thread. We have told Skype many many times as we are massively annoyed to get feedback like this from users. But Skype has not updated the gallery descriptions and there is not more we can do but to keep pushing them. We are fully aware this negatively impacts the user experience, but it is Skype who is not fixing it.

Not being funny - first you say I get free 3 pages - as it is a premium number I'm faxing to I have to pay 79p - okay this I can do.
Then you say I have to purchase minimum credit of £4:40 - I'm now beginning to think of walking to the shops to send the fax .
When I go to buy this 'minimum credit' it turns out the actual minimum credit is £8 + vat = over £10!!
Pamfax - Big Big waste of time - I'm sure there is a law coming in soon which subjects the internet to the same advertising laws as elsewhere - you are advertising a price that is not true - or am I missing something. Please show me where I can purchase €5 pack - pack 1 is for €10 +vat.
I downloaded it thinking I would be able to send a free (or cheap) fax - I only have one to send and very very rarely send them.
Also re skype credit which is a big reason why I downloaded this in the first place - surely it is your responsibility to remove the advertising that skype credit can be used- why don't you ask skype to remove their advertising instead of relying on us 'customers' to do this (or do you really call us 'marks'...)
I'm definitely getting dressed and walking down to the shops - much cheaper and I'll get some fresh air...

原来弄了半天，是不能和skype兼容的，害苦我了。我足足花了许多时间，查了半天。。。原来，一切徒劳。真不知是继续用您呢还是与您就此决裂。

I think it is very wrong that I have a Skype credit and can't use it. Once Skype gets a hold of your money they will not give it back. I hate a company whose identity is hidden and can't be reached like Skype. Not sure of the people behind PamFax either but at least you can find them easier than the Skype people. Decided not to purchase credits from PamFax at this point in time. I'd rather go buy an HP copier/printer/fax - they're very cheap these days. SHOW YOURSELF SKIPE WHAT ARE YOU AFRAID OF! PamFax does.

I had a pamfax credit in my account and now it's gone? What happened to my money. I couldn't put in back in skype account so I left in Pam Fax and haven't used it for a long while, but the money is gone? Who got it?
Why didn't I get a refund?

As you can read from our replies - you are right and we have told Skype already many times. Hope they will remove the notice soon. We've tried to make the alternative the best way we could.

Skype should not advertise on fax services while our Skype credit cannot be used. I don't want to create another credit account.
