PamFax FAQ updated
We just updated the FAQ system (= Frequently Asked Questions) on the PamFax website. It’s now much easier to find an answer to a question. My favourite feature is the immediate display of the matching answers while you type the keyword(s) you are looking for:
Another great new feature are the RSS feeds for the FAQ entries. So you can add the RSS feed to your RSS reader and never miss a new answer to a common problem.
Just try it out on your own: PamFax FAQ

The faxed document is stored for 4 weeks. The info about the fax is stored until you delete it in the fax history in your PamFax Portal. When you delete the fax in the Portal, the document is deleted as well.
The files are stored on secured servers.
Recently, I’ve come across mentioning the ‘fax archives’, that are being deleted every 2 months. Q: do you store the faxes transmitted? If yes, where? Is that secure and why?
The ability to receive a fax is the number one requested function and will be part of the PamFax 2.0 update coming in April.
HELLO, I AM USING PAMFAX, WITH NO PROBLEM. HOWEVER I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW ANY ONE IN THE WORLD CAN SEND ME A FAX TO MY COMPUTER?
THANK YOU.
